Man is there a lot of ruckus going on over at my husband’s blog today! (I liked his post, but I’m very happy it’s not me who has to filter all the comments!)
I am sooooo glad I’m off Facebook. I didn’t even know about this video until he wrote his post. I’m probably missing tons of awesomeness, but I’ll gladly pass if it means rarely being subjected to all the painful things that get posted. I dropped Google + this week as well. But I think I’ll keep my blog. Killing chickens and rambling about rearranging my furniture doesn’t seem to stirring up any unwanted controversy.

Those people are a bunch of maniacs!
If this blog were Facebook, I’d click “like” on Father’s comment.
Having followed your lead in dropping that social menacing site, I’ll have you know that I’m subscribed to the all of 6 blogs in RSS and the chicken hatchet lady is a favorite. So don’t you go deleting this blog. Neither of us being on Facebook or Google+, we’d have to do something medieval, like email each other or something to keep in touch.
Love to you.
I’m not planning on going anywhere at the moment. I like having a writing outlet, even if I’m mostly just talking to myself. LOL.
Well, I am most glad that you’ve chosen not to desert this place! It’s a blessing to be able to keep up with your family… from your perspective ; ‘ )
I do sympathize for Fr. A in dealing with the craziness… but on the other hand, he never seems to mind too much to be in the thick of things…he holds his own quite well ; ‘ )
He does hold his own very well… though I’m guessing when he wrote that he was not expecting to receive 22000+ views to his post. LOL.
I shared your husband’s blog post on facebook when he first posted it- haha! I hope I didn’t lead too many people to him who tried to convince him to convert back.
Michelle,
I think he must have gotten at least a hundred comments to that effect based on what he told me. I guess that post went a little viral on us. I’m glad he shut it down. He used to keep a copy of this comment taped to his desk for just this sort of occasion:
